Nice low cost extremely clear sounding mic but if you want to sound loud then go with a red devil, or SkyThumper.

The 636-L is a very popular noise cancelling microphone. For those radios with plenty of audio this mic will tame it for mobile applications. Astatic has versions of this microphone and all work great on AM/FM/SSB.
