We Appriciate your Business at SparkysCBShack.com. Our pledge to you is to Provide Honest Service, Quality Products, at the lowest all inclusive prices in the Industry. To Guarantee this Pledge we must Implement these Policies:

 Most in Stock Items are Shipped within 24 hours of Receipt of payment. (Excluding Weekends & Holidays) Exceptions Being Radios and other Equipment that Require Bench Time, Tuning, or Custom Builds/Modifications. In no event will your order be held more than 72 hours prior to shipping (Excluding Weekends & Holidays) without you being notified. In the event an item became out of stock from the time the order was placed to the time we picked your order, we will notify you via Telephone or E-mail if we do not expect to have it in stock within 4 business days. At that point you will be givin the options of us shipping on arrival, or a full refund.

 Our Preferred Shipping Method is UPS Ground for 99% of our Shipments. Exceptions are shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii. UPS and USPS both pick up at our Facility Monday thru Friday. We take Enormous Pride in our Shipping Department. A $1.00 per Order Handling Charge is added to cover cost of Packing Materials and the Additional time we take to Ensure your Item Arrives Damage Free. All Orders over $100 are Insured for the Actual Amount of the Invoice.

 

 Please Note:

 Every CB or 10 Meter Amateur Radio is Professionally Tuned/Aligned/Bench Tested prior to being released to our Shipping Department. Rest assured when your radio comes off our bench it is 100% operational as it should or it doesn't ship. Simple as that!

 ***NOTE****

If You Feel the Unit you Received is NOT Operating as it should, we Urge you to Check other Variables BEFORE you Assume there is an Issue with the Radio Itself. Many times a problem can be solved by checking Antenna SWR, Coax/Jumper Connections, Grounding, Microphone, etc. It is VERY, VERY, Rare that a Problem Developed with the Radio in Transit from our Facility to your location.

 We state this simply to save mis-communication on both ends. We have had new units returned to us with the PA Switch on the wrong Setting, or the Mic Gain knob turned off resulting in No Modulation Output.

 WARRANTY

All merchandise sold by SparkysCBShack.com carry a manufacturers warranty.Duration and terms vary between manufacturers.SparkysCBShack.com does not manufacture the items we carry, and is not responsible for honoring the manufacturer warranty. Defective items must be returned to the manufacturer directly for repair or replacement. Defective items are not to be returned to SparkysCBShack.com under any conditions.

 Galaxy, Magnum, Connex, Stryker, Ranger, and General Radios have Various Warranty Repair Centers Throughout the United States. The customer must contact the manufacturer and obtain an RMA number or the merchandise. A copy of your original invoice is required. Most warranties are to the original owner only and are not transferable. Please email us if you require assistance contacting any manufacturer regarding warranty issues. 

Any professional tuning or alignment performed by SparkysCBShack.com at the time of purchase WILL NOT void any warranty imposed by any of the above manufacturers.

While we must adhere to pur policies, as any succesful business does, we also want satisfied customers! We havn't been in business as long as we have, with as many thousands of satisfied customers we have by ignoring customer service. If you have a GENUINE issue with a unit purchased from us,and in the very unlikely case can't seem to get a resolution with the manufacturer..please give us a call. We'll 'Bend over backwards' to try to make the situation right
