galaxy desk mic sqeal, help!!!

my friend bought a galaxy desk mic , i told him to call sparkys, but he got it else where, he had it wired for a rci 2995dx, and says it sqeals because of high power output radio, i said no if the radio is set up right there should not be an issue,his radio with rf power turn all the way down does 200 watts or turn all the way up does 200 watts ? not right as far as im concerened. so i took his mic and put it on my stock rci 2950dx and same thing sqeals with the mic control on mic barley cracked open, ive open the mic plug and i think its wired wrong.
1 black 2 white 3blue 4 red, when i look at bootymonsters site it shows they are using ground black
white and red, does any one have the wiring code to go to a rci 2950dx,thanks ron bgaldx99v. i guess my friend got another gi joe perfect set up

i had this happen a lot to me with my silvereagle i had to wind up runing a ground wire off the outer case fo the radio after doing that it kiled the squeal. the radio i had was rci 2990 at the time i had this problem. i have never took the radio in but i would guess thers a bad ground in side the radio. seeing after i ground the caseout it stoped the squeal. so seeing you have the 2995 it may be the same little flaw.
