Went to Hamfest today picked parts for 2970 did OK on new power cable but not to good on Mic Adapter 4 to 6 pin could I have got the wrong one. When I put it on 2970 keeps on scanning cannot stop it take mic off put stock one back OK. Is their a difference in 4 pin mic,s Thanks RAY (old goat ) 525
